Joe Cornish

The Farnborough Camera Club brings you Joe Cornish on 22nd November 2012, within our new Season Programme.

Joe is one of the world’s most prominent landscape photographers. Joe is perhaps best known for his work for the National Trust that spans nearly twenty years. He has published numerous photography books over the years showcasing his unique landscape style that captures depth of colour, definition, luminosity and balance like no other photographer. Joe has now produced his first feature length documentary which offers a fascinating insight into his work.

SET SUBJECT 2012-2013 SEASON     " Dereliction"

The committee has decided that the Set Subject for the coming season will be Dereliction.  It is hoped this will encourage all members from beginners to advanced to enter into the spirit of the competition and submit a wide range of subject matter covered by the definition of the term dereliction!

- DERELICTION -  Your image could be anything that is in a state of abandonment, neglect or deserted and has become dilapidated.

Let your imagination run free and see what you can capture and present.  The competition will be held in PDI format only in our soon to be released new programme. You may enter a total of 2 images into the competition and your PDI's must conform to usual club rules (see handbook for details).
