Annual PDI Trophy – Results

Thursday 1st April – saw Farnborough camera clubs annual PDI competition.

There are two competitions – the open – a chance to showcase best pictures of the year. In addition there is the creative competition – an opportunity to think /photography / process creatively.

David Smith a regular visitor to the club, kindly judged the competition, providing a considered thoughtful critique of the images and selecting the winners.

The results for the open competition were:

1st: Stonechats Fighting by Ian Newell
2nd: Sunset Sea by Kathryn Graham
3rd: Wool Carder Bee by Lesley Taylor
Highly Commended: Anglesey Barracks by Ian Newell
Highly Commended: Marbled White Butterfly on Thistle by Sally Seager

The creative competition provided a wide range of interesting images.

3rd: Dreaming of Boiled Egg with Soldiers by Alan Brown
Highly Commended: Welcome by Clare Edwards
