Molesworth Cup and Rainbow Trophy

On Wednesday 5th March FCC took part in the annual Molesworth Cup and Rainbow Trophy competitions, hosted by Aldershot, Farnham and Fleet Camera Club. This is an inter-club print competition, with Molesworth being Monochrome and the Rainbow being colour.

It was a mixed set of results for FCC. In the Molesworth there were three successes. Basil Groundsell got a Highly Commended with “Lion Portrait”. Another Highly Commended went to Naomi Ward with “City”. However, Lesley Taylor got the best placing for FCC, taking second place with her image “Avocet”.

In the Rainbow it was disappointing to see FCC get no Highly Commended images at all. However, that disappointment was greatly tempered when Naomi Ward was awarded first place with her image “Morning”.
